You can find the people who work in the Diocese of York here.

  • The Archbishop of York

  • Archbishop's Staff

    These people work directly with the Archbishop of York, helping shape the work of the Diocese.

  • Church Buildings Team

    These people help care for the churches and churchyards across the Diocese

  • Children and Youth Team

    The Children and Youth Team offer support, encourage and resource the Parishes of the diocese in their contact with children and young people. They also support and encourage children and young people to take their place in the whole life of the Church

  • Diocesan Secretary's Team

    These people support the team at Diocesan House and all those who serve in parishes across the diocese.

  • Education Team

    The Education Team provide professional advice and assistance to support schools, colleges, universities and parishes in their Christian mission to children and young people through education.

  • Finance Team

    These people help manage the Diocesan Finances, and help parishes with their money.

  • Pastoral and Synodical Matters Team

    These people help parishes with pastoral reorganistion and patronage matters, and Diocesan, Deanery and General Synod matters

  • Property Team

    These people look after the Diocesan property portfolio

  • Training Team

    The Diocesan Training Team exists to encourage lay and ordained ministry in all parts of the Diocese.
