This session will look at what assertiveness is and is not, examine it in relation to Biblical teaching and Christian Theology, make some links with psychology, learn practical techniques to deal with criticism, be heard and avoid being pushed around, and examine a problem-solving approach that attends to your own and the other’s preferences, thoughts and emotions.
