A Flavour of Mark's Gospel
Monday evening from the 8th - 22nd May, 7:30pm - 9:15pm, led by Andy Broom, Archdeacon of East Riding
This short course will include the following sessions:
- 8th May: The Beginning: A Good News Sandwich - Mark 1: 1-15
- 15th May: The Middle: The Wat of the Cross for All - Mark 8:27 - 9:1
- 22nd May: The End - A Strange Conclusion - Mark 16:1-8
By looking at the beginning, middle and end we will get a flavour of Mark's Gospel, pick up some of the key themes and see how he applies them to his readers - even 2000 years later!
