Our Diocesan Registrars have set the bar high with their annual and popular ‘Legal Matters’ Day for Curates and new first incumbents; such that those more established in ministry often ask for refresher sessions.
The next such day will focus on a range of subjects that the registrar, Caroline Mockford, is increasingly being approached about, including the implications of charity law, particularly in how it affects the PCC, the role of trustees, volunteer and employer issues and conflicts of interest.
As always there will be time after lunch to raise any particular and general issues that you wish
to ask about!
