The pattern of a day each year to catch up and check out the legal background to our work has proved popular.
As a follow-on from our annual 'Legal Matters' Day for Curates and new first incumbents; those who are more established in ministry appreciate refresher sessions. In each Legal Refresher Day, our Registrar, Caroline Mockford chooses a key theme for the morning, this year it will be Funerals and Churchyards. Then there is time after lunch to raise any particular or general issues that you wish to discuss of ask about! Every time, participants leave having learnt loads that they didn't know.
This session is purposely timed early in the year to be prior to the Annual Meeting season.
