Engage a Generation - Boys' Brigade Conference.

Are you passionate about working with children and young people in your local community? Do you want to engage a generation of children & young people with a message of hope rooted in Jesus?

If your answer is YES, or even YES, but . . .

Then we’d love you to attend “Engage a Generation” a networking conference to be held on Wednesday 17th March at The Durham Centre (Durham, DH1 1TN). The event is being hosted by The Boys' Brigade, and guest speakers will include Nicholas Rowark (Durham Diocesan Adviser for Youth Ministry) and Heather Wraight (formerly of Christian Research).

During the event we will be looking at . . .

  • why it is important that churches work with children & young people in their community.
  • what current trends in the church are.
  • how The Boys' Brigade can partner your church, support your volunteers and engage
  • with children and young people in your community.

If you are part of a church, a group of churches or a school and are keen to find out more then please come along. Please feel free to bring a guest, or pass this on to someone else who may be interested. The two hour conference will be held twice on the same day, the first starting at 12.30pm and repeated at 6.30pm. Each conference will start with a buffet.

To book a place complete the online response form. We will then email out further information. If you require any more details, please contact Jan Williamson at jan.williamson@boys-brigade.org.uk or on 01442 231681 (ext 204).
