500 Years After the Reformation - Lessons Learned?

You are cordially invited to a participative forum, 5pm with refreshments from 4.30, on Tuesday 27 June 2017 in room 1 ground floor at the Guildhall Hull HU1 1AA.

500 years since the start of the Protestant Reformation, this is a chance to look at reform in different faith groups.

Dr David Bagchi, Senior Lecturer in History at Hull University, opens by asking what lessons can be drawn after a 500 year start? Dr Alexander Ornella, Senior Lecturer in Religion at the same university, looks at reform movements in Islam. And Sarita Robinson of the Movement for Reform Judaism will be there to answer any questions.

Everyone is welcome to join in the conversation and share views, the more the merrier.
