Making Space
A day of reflection and refreshment for Headteachers and senior leaders
A departure from our usual format for the Leadership Lunch, we are offering days of reflection and refreshment, designed to equip you for the challenges of leadership in a Church school. There will be input from a member of diocesan clergy, as well as space for personal 'time out'.
There will be short reflections, opportunities to explore mindfulness/meditation, contemplation techniques and guided time for individual quiet reflection.
We will be joined by the Revd Andrew de Smet, a Spiritual Director, counsellor and parish priest of five North Yorkshire churches. He is also the Adviser in pastoral care for the diocese and also by The Revd Anne Richards, chaplain to the Archbishop Sentamu Academy. Before ordination she was a teacher and project manager for the St Michael's youth project in Hull.
Cost (to include coffee on arrival, mid-session refreshments and lunch)
