David Butterfield (Archdeacon for Generous Giving and Stewardship) is the guest speaker at this event that is part of the summer programme at Wydale Hall. It will be of particular interest to those who lead and plan services of worship.
David will explore the varied styles of music that we use in our church services and reflect on how they enrich our worship in different ways. He will illustrate his talk with examples which we will be invited to sing together.
Those who have heard this before have said that it completely changed their understanding of the place of psalms, hymns and spiritual songs in worship.
