Rowley Church link with America - In 1638 the Rector The Rev Ezekiel Rogers was suspended because he was a Puritan. With thirty of our local families he sailed from Hull to Massachusetts founding a colony which he called Rowley. In recent times there has been regular contact and in 1994 our new England brethren funded the "Ezekiel Rogers Window" which can be seen in the Church
