With over 250 Recognised Parish Assistants trained within the last four years within the diocese, this session offers to their supervisors and those who wish to promote this role in their context the opportunity to reflect upon its development, to share stories of the impact that RPA’s are making, what they are actually doing and to share good practice in supervision.
These sessions will be led by Revd Canon Angela Bailey and the Archdeaconry Training Advisers.
