While working on the Church of England website, we have been training staff across Church House to write for the web. This is a skill, and crucial for making websites engaging and helpful for users. We would love to also offer this training day to dioceses who may feel their churches need some help in producing exciting copy. The course covers:
- Who is reading our content? Learning about writing for your audience.
- How to write titles and headlines.
- The dos and don’ts of writing for the web.
- The content your website must include – and what you could delete.
