Who is it for?
Anyone involved in the planning, organisation and delivery of worship when children and adults are present together.
What is the training about?
- How to respond to children's spiritual development
- How to plan and work in teams to create intergenerational worship
- How to engage children and adults within the same service
Facilitators
Diane Craven is currently a Reader in York Minster where she also co-ordinates ministry with children and young people. She has written resources to support the practice of intergenerational worship and worked as a Diocesan Youth and Children's Work Adviser in the Diocese of Southwark for 10 years.
Andy Hagon is an All Age Service Leader and a Sunday School Leader in Clifton Parish. He teaches Religious Studies in a secondary school.
