Pentecost: what a great day for 14 people from North Holderness Deanery to be confirmed by Bishop Alison!
The 13 adults and 1 young person made their commitment in front of 100 family and friends gathered in St Bartholomew's Aldbrough. Eleven of the candidates were from Aldbrough itself, two from Skirlaugh and one from Hornsea.
The singing was joyous and all responses said with real feeling; the Holy Spirit was truly present that evening!
