Baldersby St James CE Primary School has received a 'Good' rating from Ofsted, after their inspection in February. The results were 'Good' across all areas, and the inspector said, "Tolerance and respect are emphasised throughout the school, and this prepares pupils well for life in modern Britain. The school promotes their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development well. Pupils are proud of the ‘Woven together sculpture’ which, as pupils stated, ‘shows how everyone together makes a strong family’".

Headteacher Keeley Ungerechts said, "The inspector recognised the hard work and dedication that all the staff, Governors and pupils have put in since the last inspection in March 2013. This is a tremendous result and signifies the positive attitudes and support from parents too."

Congratulations to all at Baldersby St James CE Primary School!
