Earlier this year, selected parishes were asked to complete a diversity audit survey for the national Church of England. If your church wasn't selected to take part, but you'd like to contribute, now's your chance.

Everyone Counts Extra asks a series of eight short questions about how you identify (age, gender, ethnicity), whether you have a health problem or disability, and your connection to the church (how often you attend and whether you take on a church role). Each question has a 'prefer not to say' option, so if you don't want to provide some or any of that information you can still complete the survey and have your preference noted. Parents are welcome to complete responses on behalf of their children. Clergy, laity, visitors, regular and occasional attenders are all welcome to take part: everyone counts!
