Fundraising at Scrayingham

On Friday 24th June 7p.m. the Friends of Scrayingham and Leppington welcome Isambard Kingdom Brunel acted by Chris Cade

A ‘Summer Supper’ will be provided at the end of the program. Tickets are £9.50 per person (Children 16 years and under free but must be accompanied by an adult)

This special event will be held in the Church of St Peter and St Paul Scrayingham. Come and hear the story from the man himself accompanied by the lyrical music of Kieran White. It promises to be a very enjoyable evening following from our hugely successful event last year, when our resident storyteller Chris Cade presented himself as ‘George Hudson’ with a highly entertaining performance.

Places for this event must be booked in advance as there will be limited numbers

This entertaining afternoon will be held in Scrayingham Old School next to the Church. Craft items will be provided and it is advisable to bring an overall or apron. The first hat will be free however there will be a small fee to make any additional hats for other members of the family. Wear your hat on 24th June and meet Mr Brunel himself. Tea/coffee/cold drinks provided.
