Due to the promotion of our current senior leader, the Head Teacher and Governors wish to appoint an outstanding practitioner to lead, teach and inspire our younger pupils. They must have considerable knowledge, skill and ability to teach any EY or KS1 year group and lead Maths or English across the school. The person must be committed to making learning exciting and be someone who can motivate all children to fully develop their potential. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven history of high quality teaching and experience of a wide range of pupils within EY and KS1. They need to have evidence to show that they can produce good progress for all groups of children. This will also include responsibility for progress and provision across the team. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to act on and lead new initiatives.

We take pride in our church school ethos. Ofsted said ‘Pupils are well behaved in lessons and they have a very positive attitude towards their school work. Pupils feel safe in school. They feel confident that their teachers, whom they trust, will look after them.’

Our school environment is a very caring, nurturing one and we value and celebrate the achievements of every child. Any applicant must be able to fully support our Church school ethos.

The successful candidate will:
