Lynn has worked in theological education for many years, including as Principal of York School of Ministry and York Diocesan Director of Reader Training, both of which remain within her wider role as Diocesan Director of Lifelong Learning. She has served as a Reader herself at St Luke's Church in York since the 1990s.

Julia encourages both new and existing lay ministries, discovering and revealing the gifts of the whole people of God so that we as a church can engage in God’s mission to the whole of life. She is responsible for formation for ministry for Authorised Lay Ministers and Licensed Lay Ministers as well as informal Lay Ministry resourcing.

Pete Watson is part-time (one day a week) IME Phase 2 Adviser for the York Archdeaconry and Rector of Brayton. He did his theological and ministerial training at Cranmer Hall, has been ordained 9 years, is an ex-German teacher, graduate in Arabic and Social Anthropology from St Andrews University, and PGCE at Westminster College, Oxford. Born in India, Pete spent formative years in Bangladesh and India, and is proud to be a Glaswegian!

Derek is part-time (one day a week) IME (Phase 2) Training Adviser for curates in the Cleveland Archdeaconry, and works closely with Mike and Pete. He holds this responsibility alongside being the Rector of Thirsk, having previously held posts in London for 28 years.
