Gillamoor Church of England VC Primary School is a small, forward thinking village school, nestled on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. We are well-respected and known for our high standards, exemplary pupil behaviour and a fully inclusive model of education; enabling all children to fulfil their full potential whatever their starting points. Currently rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted and SIAMS, as a school we have made steady improvements in raising expectations, the quality of teaching and learning on offer and professional development opportunities for our staff. Our opportunityWe are looking for a Senior Leader who has strong leadership skills, who can galvanise our staff, parents/carers, children and community to achieve their very best, through shaping and delivering an inspiring vision, which will then lead to significant impact across outcomes, curriculum delivery and teaching and learning.
