We seek a missionally-minded minister with a passion to see younger adults become disciples, to be part of our exciting Mulitply programme.

The opportunity is available to clergy or licensed lay workers with an ability to reach out to and work with younger adults, and who can demonstrate an ability to take the initiative, be imaginative, and think outside the box.

Our strategic goal of ‘Reaching’ those in their 20s - 40s came from an analysis comparing the age profile of church participation across the Diocese with the population in the areas we serve. This post is based in the coastal town of Bridlington, providing a vigorous and supportive local team within the parish, backed by the diocesan Multiply team and a network of support.

At the Diocese of York, our vision is to be a family of generous churches making and nurturing disciples. The Multiply programme is part of our ambitious, wider strategy focused on Reaching those we currently don't; moving to Growth; and achieving sustainable finances.
