'Beauty from Chaos' is the theme of a special Flower Festival to commemorate 100 years since the end of WW1 and 100 years since the formation of the Royal Air Force and to give thanks for all those who lives have been lost or affected in the pursuit of peace.
We will have displays representing battle areas from across the world where the British and Commonwealth forces have served.
The church will be open daily from Thursday 9th to Saturday 11th August 2018 -10am to 4pm and Sunday 12th August from 12noon-4pm.
There will be stalls and refreshments.
On Sunday there will be a special service of dedication at 4pm on Sunday 12th August 2018All funds raised will support the work of SSAFA (the Armed Forces charity supporting serving and ex service personnel and their families) and St Mary's Church Restoration Appeal
