If you are struggling to cope or even make sense of what is happening to a friend or family member suffering from dementia, this workshop is designed especially for you.

You will be helped to understand what is happening to the one suffering from dementia, as well as to understand your own reactions and how to deal with them.

There are a couple of places still available on a first come, first served basis.

The workshops are to be held in All Saints’ Church, Kilham, Nr. Driffield, on Monday 19th and Monday 26th February.

Coffee will be available from 9:30 for 10am start, with Lunch at 12:30pm followed by an afternoon session. Coffee/tea and comfort breaks as needed. Gluten free soup and rolls/cake/biscuits will be provided but if you have other strict dietary requirements, we ask that you bring your own provisions to avoid any problems.

There is a token cost of £25 for both days which includes refreshments and lunch. The workshop will be led by a professional with many years experience as an SRN and as a lecturer in Health and Safety Care, specialising in Dementia.
