This year's walk will be a celebration like no other, held on Saturday 6th July from a new starting location - Manor CE School in Acomb.
There will be a new route, still around 7 miles, and new exciting entertainment on the night. The theme is The Greatest Show! Unfortunately we can't promise that Hugh Jackman will be in attendance, but we don't know that he won't be either...
The event is open to all - men, women and children, so get your team together. Walk in memory of a loved one, as a way of keeping fit while having fun with friends and family, or simply to do something a little bit different with your Saturday night.
Whatever your reasons, you will be
generating essential funds for St Leonard's Hospice.
It costs over £5.2 million per year to run the Hospice, so your support and
sponsorship efforts are vital in making sure we can continue to provide care
and support to those in our community facing a life-limiting condition. Please
raise as much as you can!
Tickets are £17 for adults and £12 for under-16s.
