The Grace of Giving
Teaching and Preaching about Generosity
In order to inspire giving in our churches, we must first start with equipping church leaders and those who preach in teaching with confidence about generosity. This training day explores the theology of giving, and how to weave that into our liturgy, worship, and sermons. The session is free, please bring your own lunch.
Led by Sammi Tooze and Revd Mike Peatman.
Sammi is a Generous Giving Adviser in the Diocese of York with a focus on discipleship, church growth and developing resources, bringing with her experience in church growth and worship. Mike is the Vicar of St Nicolas Parish in Beverley, and a member of the Diocesan Training Team.
