Archbishop Sentamu's June 2019 letter to incumbents and treasurers
Archbishop Sentamu has asked each church in the Diocese to send him your Free Will Offer pledge for 2020 by the 30th September 2019, so that the Diocesan Finance Team can get to work on the 2020 budget that will fund the mission and ministry to which God calls us next year.
The Free Will Offer supports our Diocesan Common Fund; every penny of the Common Fund pays for the clergy who serve in the Diocese of York.
This year the process for collating your responses has changed slightly; there is no paper 'response form' because you're asked to respond by email, and a template for that response is offered with other Free Will Offer information and resources at www.dioceseofyork.org.uk/freewilloffer.
