Terrington Voluntary Aided Church of England Primary School has received a 'Good' in their most recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) report.

The report praises, in particular, the schools 'living and breathing the values encapsulated in the fruit of the Spirit', noted as being 'love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control'. The report also remarked upon the collective worship that lies at the heart of the school, and the school's Religious Education, stating that both have a 'positive impact on pupils' spiritual development and understanding of the Christian faith'

The principal objective of the SIAMS inspection is to evaluate the distinctiveness and effectiveness of the school as a church school, and how well the distinctive Christian character and ethos of the school ensure the development and achievement of the whole child or young person.
