Following the meeting of the Archbishop’s Leadership Team today which considered the new advice from the House of Bishops, the Archbishop has now issued his guidance, applicable in the Diocese of York, for limited access to church buildings with immediate effect.

The Archbishop's letter concludes, "Thank you for everything that you have been doing over these past weeks to maintain the mission that God has entrusted to us...
"This comes with my prayers for you all as we continue to respond to God’s call to serve his people at this time."
