Dr Eleanor Sanderson's ministry as the new Bishop of Hull will begin at a Service of Welcome in Hull Minster at 7.30pm on Thursday 22nd September 2022. Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell will lead prayer and celebration to greet the Sanderson family as they make their home in the East Riding, and weave together strands of faith and life from Aotearoa New Zealand and from Yorkshire.

Bishop Eleanor will host an informal evening of Prayer and Welcome at Emmanuel Church, Bridlington, at 7.30pm on Friday 23rd September 2022. She will share some of her own life and faith stories between chosen music, readings and prayers, as well as taking questions and sharing conversation with those present.

Bishop Eleanor will take her place as a member of York Minster's College of Canons during a Service of Choral Evensong on Sunday 25th September 2022.
