How do I submit my returns?

You need to login to the portal at here.

There you can submit your returns and once logged in you can access the link to the user guide which has a list of FAQs for further help.

If you are completely new to this, you will need to register for an account by contacting Sue Dale on 01904 699535 or Once you have a user account you can then access the user guide which has a list of FAQs. If you do not have access to the internet but are responsible for the returns then maybe you could partner with someone in your church who has internet access.

If you are a church officer (Warden, PCC Secretary, PCC Treasurer) you may wish to gain access via the new Church of England portal here. If you haven’t already registered on this site, click 'register for an account'. You will then be able to link the parish returns site to your portal area. You don’t have to do this but it will make things simpler for the future and it will enable you to access other useful resources such as our diocesan online directory.

Please do not forget to submit these to the Diocese following your APCM, which must be held by 30th April, as stated in the Church Representation Rules.

In an effort to save on paper and postage, we are hoping to go electronic this year, and would welcome your assistance to that end. If you can please e-mail a signed audited/examined copy of your accounts to it would be very much appreciated. Alternatively for those who are not in a position to do this then please post as normal, but only one signed audited/examined copy is required.
