These grants are not to be used to pay staff costs and applications should be supported by a brief summary of the project or problem, together with a statement of the current financial position of the PCC.

The Archdeacons' Grants replace the previous discretionary grant schemes operated by the DBF (including the QI, Repairs and Mission Fund grants).

The Diocese also has occasional access to limited additional funds given to support projects directly aligned with the 'Reach' and 'Grow' strands of our 'Living Christ's Story' strategy, and particularly (in 2021) those focused on digital projects.
