Headteacher Induction Session
(part of the Headteacher Induction Programme)
This session explores in more depth Vision, Distinctiveness and Effectiveness in a CE school and includes:
• A focus on Christian vision in a church school and how this is lived out in all aspects of school life
• A case study led by a Headteacher from one of our schools
• An overview of SIAMS expectations on vision and leadership in a church school.
