Participants will leave more knowledgeable and confident about the application process, understand what they uniquely bring to a role and be able to be more fluent about themselves. Led by Su Blanch of 3D Coaching and co-author of ‘How to Make Great Appointments in the Church: Calling competence and chemistry’.
