The choir of Northern Cathedral Singers make a welcome return visit to Selby Abbey this weekend to sing Evensong.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
Karen Banks, administrator of Northern Cathedral Singers, who also sings in Selby Abbey Choir, said “we are looking forward to singing once again in the magnificent setting of Selby Abbey with its amazing acoustics.”
Part of The Royal School of Church Music, Northern Cathedral Singers draws members from across the Northern Counties and meets about twelve times each year to sing evensong at Cathedrals, Minsters and Abbeys across the North of England.
