Just in time for the school holidays, our latest resource in the Rhythm of Life has been published, shaped for families.

The Diocesan Rhythm of Life is a framework for holy living, shaped around six things that Jesus asks us to do - to pray and read the Bible, to be part of the worshipping life of our local church, to love one another, to live generously, to share faith with others, and to have regular patterns of rest.

The first collection of resources was created in February 2023, and began a new pathway of missional discipleship for people across our diocese to engage with. The intergenerational resources included reflections, videos, commitment idea cards, and resources for children and primary schools.

This new edition for families has been shaped for households to think about what a Rhythm of Life looks like together, flexibly and creatively.

Sammi Tooze, Diocesan Discipleship Adviser, says,"I am so pleased we have this new resource for families to use, and am very grateful for all the families who have been involved in designing it and offering creative ideas.

"My hope is that it will enable families across our diocese to joyfully grow in faith together, to reflect on everyday faith and missional discipleship, and use the flexible framework to add their own ideas of how to intentionally live faith together - especially as the school holidays begin."

The resource comes as a PDF booklet and a wall chart. The wall chart has been designed to accommodate stickers as well as written words - if you would like some stickers sets please contact Sammi Tooze.
