Keeping our records up to date helps us share important news, provide support, and stay connected with clergy, churchwardens, PCC members, and other parish officers.
You can tell us about changes to parish roles, update your own contact details, or change the information people see about your church online.

If you have access to CMS, you can check and update your own details, including your email address and telephone number.
To access the system:
- Sign in to the Church of England Portal.
- Select Contact Management System.
- Open your contact record to check or update your details.
If you don’t have access, you can request it through the Church of England Portal.
For help accessing the system, contact the diocesan office on 01904 699500.

- Accessibility and facilities.
- Safeguarding information.
To make changes, sign in to A Church Near You and open your church’s page. If you’re not already an editor, you can request access.
