Exploring Faith
We all grapple with the fundamental questions of life at some point in our lives. It can be hard to know where to look for help and support as you think through these questions. But often it can be helpful to explore your faith and ask questions alongside others who are on the same journey.
Calling
We all have a calling, given to us by God in our baptism. We have a call to worship, to prayer, to following in the way of Jesus Christ, and also to serve in the world and the church. The primary calling of all Christians is to love God and our neighbour, and to seek first God’s Kingdom.
Prayer
To pray is to make our hearts ready to experience the love of God in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Praying regularly will help us to develop a spiritual rhythm. A discipline of prayer changes the way that we think about our lives, because it creates new habits of heart and mind.
