An opportunity for Heads, Senior Leaders, Teachers, and Governors in the Diocese of York to get together.
The Annual Education Conference takes place on Friday 19th June 2026, 9.00am – 3.30pm at Burn Hall Hotel, Tollerton Road, Huby, York, YO61 1JB
Lifting Every Voice
This year, we have planned the conference to align with your EDIJ journey as a school, with the conference not being a one-off event but part of your ongoing CPD.
Our conference this year will include three excellent speakers:

Senior Researcher and Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people rights advocate
Rita Yoe
Youth and Children Engagement Manager, Difference Course, Reconciling Leaders Network
Emily Norman
Head of Curriculum and Inclusion at the National Society for Education.
There will also be a return of our popular panels from last year.

Cost: £70 which has been subsidised with a grant from the Racial Justice Unit (includes a 2-course lunch)
