PLEASE NOTE – OUR SESSIONS ARE ONLY FOR THOSE WORKING IN AND WITH CE SCHOOLS IN THE DIOCESE OF YORK
This two hour session is designed for all new governors in Diocese of York Church of England schools and any that feel they would benefit from a refresher. The session will explore the distinctive nature of Church of England schools and the special responsibilities of Church school governors, including foundation governors. It will introduce you to the Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) framework and the role governors play in monitoring and evaluation.
This session is held online via Zoom.
