Assistant Director of Education - School Organisation and Governance george.edmond@yorkdiocese.orgGeorge is responsible for governance in schools and academies including overseeing the recruitment of foundation governors and improving the effectiveness of governing bodies. He provides advice on governance structures and the roles and responsibilities of governors and supports the establishment of collaborative arrangements. He oversees the development of support for governors under our Service Level Agreement and provides advice on admissions arrangements in voluntary aided/former voluntary aided schools.
