Studying Theology Short Course
April 18 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

18 April to 4 July
Over the course of 8 sessions, Studying Theology aims to introduce participants to the study of theology in an accessible and approachable manner. This course will ask what theology is and what a theologian does, and will begin to examine a number of different areas that, as the Church, we need to think carefully about.
The course begins and ends with gathered, face-to-face sessions at the Diocesan Office in York, with the sessions in between taking place online. There will be additional opportunities for learning between the sessions, and a suggested reading list for those who want to take their studies further. Participation will require access to our Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) as
well as web-based video conferencing. If you are unsure about the technical requirements needed to participate online, please contact us, and we can talk it through with you.
