Salt and Light Festival

Several hundred lay people and clergy gathered to give thanks for the first thirty years of women's priestly ministry in Diocese of York, at Evensong in York Minster.

York Diocesan Synod meets online via Zoom at 9.00am on Saturday 13th July.

Thirty years since the first ordination of women as priests in the Church of England will be celebrated by the Diocese of York at the service of Evensong in York Minster at 5.30pm on Tuesday 4th June 2024.
