The SIAMS Journey

This is the first session in this ‘bundle’ of training which will take you through the whole SIAMS journey from start to finish; you can take part in the full programme or attend aspects relevant to the context of your school.

• Session 1: Vision and Strategic Leadership

• Session 2: An overview of the evaluation Schedule (Vision into Action)

• Session 3: Self-evaluation: Evidence Gathering and How to present evidence (Telling the story of our vision)

• Session 4: The Inspection day and beyond

All sessions in this bundle are held online via Zoom.

• Session 1: Tuesday 1st October 2024, 9.30-11.30am

Dates for other sessions;

• Session 2: Tuesday 22nd October 2024, 9.30 – 11.30am

• Session 3: Tuesday 19th November 2024, 1.30-3.30pm

• Session 4: Tuesday 3rd December 2024, 9.30-11.30am

Cost

• £30 per individual session

• £100 per person for the whole training ‘bundle’
