Teaching Assistant

We seek a kind, supportive, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our hardworking, friendly team from September 2025 as part of The Wolds Federation.
Duties include providing support in the classroom or to individuals or small groups of pupils of varying abilities in any curriculum area. This role will primarily work across KS2 and there will be a requirement to provide support during lunchtimes. You will be considerate, caring, understanding and encouraging, whilst also being firm but fair enabling children to flourish and meet their full potential. A sense of fun is required as is the ability to thrive on working as part of a team. You should also be well organised and able to liaise with staff and parents and work on your own initiative.
You will have a wealth of experience to draw on and be able to enhance and contribute to the wider life of this growing school.
Hours: 21.25 per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 1.00pm with a 15 minute tea break each day working during
term-time only as part of a fixed term contract.
