Salary (plus any additional allowances, if applicable): £15,141.41 (£12.18 per hour)

Please note the annual increment for 2024.25 is still to be agreed for support staff

Hours per week: 27.5 hours – 5 days Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent, Term time only

DBS clearance required: Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Crayke Church of England Primary School for a full time ATA position at our lovely school on a permanent basis. We wish to appoint an exceptional teaching assistant to join our committed team from the beginning of the Autumn Term.

We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm, a sense of humour, excellent communication skills and the ability to support children in an exciting and engaging manner. Potential applicants will need to be effective communicators who possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills. The applicant will need to have experience of working with children, as well as a desire to support pupils to reach their full potential through one-to-one support, group work and whole class support. Knowledge of the National Curriculum would also be desirable.
