Do you have a heart for working with older people?

St Wulstan’s York is looking to recruit an Anna Chaplain to set up a thriving older person’s ministry which serves our local community. You would create an active team of Anna Friends and volunteers, who offer befriending, worship services in the community, and social events to provide friendship and information.

• The post is for 15 hours a week
• The salary is £23,400 pro rata (15 hrs equates to £9,360)
• These hours are negotiable and flexible and include occasional Sunday working
• This would initially be a 2 year fixed term contract

There is an occupational requirement under S7 of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) reg 2003 that the postholder is a committed Christian.
